I just ordered a wii from them to be shipped to the UK from Canada. Are they reliable? Anyone have any experience with them?

Another thing I have a UK PAL Wii will lthe power supply that came with it work with the one i imported as I heard it just converts the voltage? It would save me getting a stepdown transformer if this is the case?
