Resident Evil 4 fills my screen with 'dead pixels' - overheated GPU?

I have this problem when playing RE4 NTSC/U on my PAL Wii that theres image disturption om my LCD Tv - the top part of the screen has some dead pixels in blue, green and red colors. From what I've read the cause of this is that my Wii's GPU is overheated, but if thats the case then howcome all my 7 other games dont have this problem?

The same thing happens to me. When I play RE4 on my LCD Tv with component cables, I get red green and blue pixels on the screen during the video scenes. I don't think its a GPU problem. I think it has to do with the component cables.

I get this in RE4 and also on the Main freakin Menu every time, through my original first party Nintendo component cables. It can't be a GPU issue, clearly the cables and/or the connection sucks

I thought at first it was my projector (Dell 2100MP) but I also got it on a Toshiba tube TV at 480i

I also have a problem with those nintendo component cables. The screen kind of gets this redish tint every maybe 2-3 minutes just for a split second then its back to normal.
