SA Explorer 2200 seems to be dead

Hi,

I have an old SA Explorer 2200 that no longer seems to boot. I get the initial chasing LED segments and then a click and 4 dashes and thats it. It justs sits there. I can't even power it on to see diagnostics. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong or if there is a way to fix it.
