At the current time, this is very doubtful.
MvC2 came out in the arcades and was later ported to PS2, Dreamcast, and Xbox.

Right now there is no PS2, DC or Xbox emulator for the PSP.
there IS, however, an Arcade emulator (namely the MAME port to PSP (XMAME)).

I dont know if the psp could handle MvC2 via xMAME, but thats really the only option at the moment.

BTW, unless you own the actual MvC2 cabinet (and the reason i cannot tell you where to aquire the rom), its illegal to have the rom.

Okay thanks:) yeah I dont think the psp can support MvC2 via xMAME yet:( um do You Know about Psp NEOGEO CD Emulators?

i only know of a neo geo pocket emulator.
i dont know much about it, but i dont think it runs NGcd's.
