HD ready TV accepting 100~240V?

Hi! I'm looking to buy a HD-ready TV, preferably a 720p LCD from a decent brand (Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, etc), mainly for gaming.
However, I realized that I might have to move from Europe to Japan for my job in the future and I don't want to have to buy a HD TV all over again. So my question is:

Are there any HD LCD TVs sold in Europe that accept 100~240V? Basically a HD TV I can connect anywhere in the world?
