Did you make a ISO folder on the root of your PSP. Make sure its Uppercased. Then just drag and drop the .ISO file to the folder.
ISO/[drop file(s) heres]

Many games wont work unless there is a UMD in the drive. So if you have a UMD stick it in there and it should work, if you don't have a UMD go into the recovery menu by holding "R" while turning the PSP during coldboot. Go into the "Configuration" menu and enable the "Use No-UMD" option. Exit out off all the menus, the psp will reboot and then try the game. If it doesn't work with the UMD or this option then you have a corrupt iso.

With your PSP off, not in sleep mode but totally off. Hold the "R" trigger and then turn on your PSP.

It should come after a few seconds. Again, turn the PSP completely off. Press and hold the "R" trigger while turning the PSP on and hold the "R" trigger button until the PSP comes on.

The big button on the top right of your PSP that is labeled R. Not to be rude but if you don't know what the "R" trigger is I wouldn't recommend messing with customizing your PSP, or using homebrew or anything.

I have twice! This is getting old fast, and if you don't understand these simple directions you shouldn't be messing around in the recovery menu or with homebrew in general. Heck, people aren't always going to be there to spoon feed you information, go read about recovery menu and learn something.
