Need help connecting Wiimote to windows

I have trouble pairing.

This is what i do:

Add a bluetooth device in my bluetooth neighborhood

It finds the Wiimote

I click next.

I get to the pairing screen. I skip it.

It tries to connect and never sucseedes.

And sometimes it can't connect to the Wiimote and i can't skip the pairing stage.

If this helps, im not connected to Bluetooth network.
