my ms dashboard wont load up

i have been trying to load up my modded ms dashboard and it only goes to the original xbox screen.. i tried to use slayer and it wont load up because im in the original xbox screen. it doesnt read burned discs and when i got to the flash bios screen it still does load. when i FTP it online through the internet i put something on it and now it doesnt load anything up. its a blank screen and turns on and off when its done it blinks red and green idk what to do help me please. i have a X3 mod chip and i think my xbox is a v1.0

BTW: i know how to FTP it on the internet just typing in my ip address for the xbox and i get to xecuter and i dont know what to load on there and if you can tell me what i can load on there that would be great thanx..
