i use CloneDVD and any dvd latest versions and all the new release dvds i have trouble burning like feast.
it comes up with an error and says it the surface might be dirty and try cleaning it, but it is a new dvd and has no scrathces

are you sure you have the latest version of AnyDVD...... if you do then you should have no problems..... maybe you have a bad press on that DVD and if you keep getting read errors that's a possibility! Also make sure your drive didn't slip into PIO mode because you are trying to read that DVD too ofton: http://my.afterdawn.com/alkohol/blog_entry.cfm/231/dmaissues
make sure your drive has the newest firmware! And/or try cleaning your dirve...... sometimes lint/dirt/dust on the laser lens can cause reading errors. but it's surely not your programs that's the problem!
