Hey everyone, i am new to this website and i really need help with my new MP4 player that i bought...

its my first time to get an mp4 player, and i really like it but i have problems playing videos on it...

When i first bought it it had 2 try-out videos in it, they were in ASF format, and they worked well, so i bought a program that actually converts almost any video format to ASF file.

but then when i play those files on my mp4 player, they do not work, the player sees them and skips them, and i have no clue why. It also does not play mp4 video files, or any other formats.

Does anyone know how to help me? please, and thank you!
