ok i just bought Gmod 10 not to long ago andi got the game set up and such ,but when im ether trying to load a map or in the game trying to spawn certain things like ragdolls and larger props, it freezes or laggs so bad i have to shut my pc down with the button on the front so, is there some sort or addon or driver i can download or maby can i just reinstall everything?

and another thing, i havnt got halflife 2 yet, could it just haveing a hard time loading it cuz that? i got counterstrike source.
