Couldn't save game - Innocent Life

I couldn't save my game, this is what i do:
Press R, menu page pop out, then click on triangle button, but nothing happen, the save page did not show up, is anyone know what happen?
I played this game in 3.40 oe.

ok follow these instructions carefully go in to recovery mode by turning off the psp and turning it on again while holding R trigger.
Next go to configuration once thats loaded enable Free UMD Region by clicking on it and the game should be able to save
