Could anyone help me getting the 3.40 oe f.w on my psp? Ive got 3.40 and i dont know what to do now..

Well the thing is, my psp wont updated to 3.50. So thats the biggest problem. It says Corrupted Data and "The Game cannot be played".
Doesnt it have to be a special sort of Lumines? the UK and US one?

Cant you use GTA: Liberty City Stories? or does it have to be Lumines.

It needs to be Lumines, Lumines Platinum Edition, or Lumines Greatest Hits. Also a update from the Noobz site...

Ok. But what do u mean "also an update from the noobz site"? sorry, im a pretty big noob.
On the www.dl.qj.net its written it has to be A legal Lumines UMD, either the EU (ULES00043) or US (ULUS10002) version, what numbers are these games numbers to, Lumines, Greatest or Platunium?

Well the update I quoted was that supposedly Sony/Game Studios are already shipping out "patched" copies of Lumines. For the Lumines UMD it has to be a European version with the code (ULES00043) or a American copy with (ULUS10002) on the UMD game cover. This code can be found on the skinny "spine" part, not front or back but in the middle on the bottom. Those numbers correspond to the original Lumines, the Greatest Hits version of Lumines, and the Platunium version of Lumines. Below I have a picture of my copy of Lumines...
Sorry for the crappy quality but my camera was out of batteries and all I had was my webcam. Anyway in relation to your question, my copy of Lumines is a version that can be used to downgrade. And from the picture below the game controller picture you can see ULUS, so I have a US copy. You can also see 10002GH, with 10002 being the number to look for on a US copy that can be used to downgrade and GH designating it is a "Greatest Hits" version.

Doesnt matter with picture quality, but now i understand what you mean now. I think im going to buy Lumines tomorrow. I cant borrow psp games from shops/blockbuster.

And if i then downgrad to 1.50, then up to 3.40 OE, can i then play games ive downloaded? Meaning do i have to anything, or can i just put the files in a folder then go to games on psp -> play?
what does "patched" mean.

what does "patched" mean.
After you have gotten to 3.40 OE-A, format your memory stick. Now on the memory stick their will be a folder called ISO, put your downloaded games in there and they will start right up :)
"patched" means that the security hole in the game that allowed the downgrader to run has been fixed, thus the hole isn't there anymore and thus the downgrader won't run.

And if/when ive downgrad, how do i get 3.40 OE on my psp?

If you get a copy of Lumines let us know and I'll walk you through the whole thing. The video is a good guide but nothings better than having online tech support (us). :)

Try rental stores, places that sell used games, places like GameStop EBGames, etc. And if all else fails eBay is your friend.

I'd would buy it, if you have no other options. But if you are able to get one in store or just in some way you could check the case that would be the better option as you could know it isn't a patched version. But on the flip side I highly doubt this site is selling patched versions already. So if that site is your only option go for it.

ill try and buy it from there but ive found one a bit cheaper, but here in denmark everything comes later then in very many countries, so i dont think they are getting the games patched before next year. Well im searching for a used and ive put a add up saying ill trade one of my games(Socom or Miami Vice) for it.. But in the end it will be better for me because ill have homebrew anabled :D.

Don't be surprised how quick they can patch these things. All of Japan's supply is patched already, US and Europe are definetly next.

Wait!? Hell No! Go buy one now before there hard to find/expensive. Once there not sold anymore they will eb selling on eBay for twice as much as they are now. Buy a copy today!

they are saying on the hompage they don't know how long it will take them to send it. Could be because there being shipped new and they could be patched?
