Hey everyone I just got Dragon Ball Z Shin Budokia/Transformers and was wondering how to battle online I goto Network Battle and it say's "Connecting to Network" then say's "Connected to Network" but after that nothing there is never anyone there to battle

So 2 Questions
1.Is this really an online game or just one that you can battle friends if there in the same room

2.If it is an online game then could there be something wrong with my network setup even though I can get the internet or is there just noone ever online

PLZ Help I am sort of a noob I used to have a PSP awhile back but it bricked when I updated the firmware to 2.80 and it has taken this long for sony to send me a newone
