Missing option when I open Nero Vision 4?

I was trying to follow this guide here:

But once open Nero Vison 4 I only have 4 options. They are.

1. Make CD...
2. Make Movie...
3. Make Slide Show...
4. Capture Video to hard drive
5. Open Saved Project of Saved Disc Image...

How do I get it to the option that says "Make DVD"? I already have DVD selected when I first open Nero 7 Ultra Edition.

Try clicking "More" > "Configure" > "General", then check
'Enable Image Recorder for all supported media types'

Either that or use the Nero Clean Tool and reinstall.
