The Bigs NTSC work on PAL w/out patching?

I've read that people have played The Big's NTSC version on the PAL wii without patching it.

Can anyone please confirm this?

Patching it isnt really that hard it takes less then 3 seconds... Just patch it to make sure. I use Brickblocker on every game and Wiigionfree even if its the same place just patch it to make sure thats my suggestion
