I have absolutely no idea what to do with my downloaded torrent.Kind off?

So i never downloaded torrents before.i a while ago i thought i should give it a try.Um,so i downloaded the game using BitTorrent.The original game fits in a CD-ROM so the torrent rar. file wasn't too big.So all i got is a BIN. file and a CUE. file.That is all.I'm sorry but i couldn't find any guides about this,and i am sorry if this is a everyday problem.

Does anyone have any ideas??
