Does anyone know how to put more than one GameCube game onto a DVD-R or +R to play on the Wii? Is there any programs that can easily do this?

Ok, but how do I combine the two discs of a game into one? I want to do this with Tales of Symphonia, I don't want to just have both discs on one, I want them together so the game is non-stop.
