Buy Lumines, then search for 3.50 downgrade.

Link: http://dl.qj.net/PSP-Firmware-3.50-downg...13978/catid/114

Once downgraded to FW1.50
Then plug in your PSP to your PC with the via USB cable.
Then Download this.

Link: http://www.psp-hacks.com/downloads/340oeEasy.exe

Open it, and click Run.
Since your PSP is connected to the PC already.
Click Install.
When done exit out, go to your XMB.
Go to the Game Memory stick and Click X.
Click the program. Remember your firmware has to 1.50.

When done. Since your PSP is connected to the PC. Go to the root of your PSP, and make a folder named ISO; Make sure all the LETTERS are Capitialize.
Drag the game you downloaded...It has to be .ISO or .CSO file.
Drag it to the ISO folder. Exit, and there you go...

Cross media Bar. It's the menu on the psp. Since you have downloaded it, get umdgen, and drag your two files that you get into there(after you have opened it with WinRAR or WinZIP, and extracted it of course) then go to file, save as .ISO and it will create an ISO for you. Just google for the UMDGEN program

Its very simple once you get FIRMWARE 3.40 OE-A
Ok, Go to any torrent site...
Download what game you want.
Go get WinRAR
Once finished open the File you downloaded with WinRAR.
Then you should get alotta files or just one.
Open one of them, and you should get a .ISO File or .CSO
Plug your PSP in your PC.
Make a new folder called ISO on the Root of your Memory Stick.
Drag and Drop the file to the ISO folder.
There you go...

Just Make a Folder ISO.
and put the games in there.

EDIT: Make sure you have any game/demo in the UMD slot.
