If I were to buy an extended warranty from the local electronics store for my wii I purchased there and I mod it, will i be able to take the chip out with out them knowing it was in there?

Is there a sticker inside the Wii or any indications that the Wii has been modded even if I take the chip out?

There are no void warranty stickers for the Wii.

Just be careful when removing the stickers that hide the screw holes. Use a razor blade to work your way under a corner of the sticker and lift.

If you do everything correctly they will not be able to know if the Wii was modded or not unless they open up the Wii themselves and see the extra solder on the drive board.

If they find out it is modded it will void all warranty and you face prosecution.
