It worked perfectly fine for me....and I have custom firmware 3.40 OE-A.

no, it's a web portal that can be accsessed through the web brower. it's cool, makes you think you have windows vista on your psp.

Actually this is just a bunch of offline web pages that looks like windows, the files are stored on your memory stick,, but pm me to learn how to control your computer via psp through a wireless connection.

just a portal. when i was running official FW, i used to have alot of em. but now that im running OE, theres NO reason to get one.
they just get plain stupid.

Pixel Fxer
PSPaint,
and more!
NOTE:This is not a homebrew! It can work on any psp firmware.

A portal cant brick your psp, it only would be able to write to Flash1 in any case, the psp main information is stored on the flash0
