Devil May Cry 3 no god cubes--Glitch?

In mission 17,with the godcubes, i have beaten the game on verything but dmd mode, but now whenever i try playing mission 17 on a file i have already beaten,whenever i get to the god cube room, there are no cubes inbetween the 2nd and 3rd floor at all!They just arent there and i have no idea why. this happens everytime i get to this room on all modes i have already beaten!

If anyone thins they can help, or has the same problem, please post.i really want to try beating each mode a second time.
