azureus with vista UDP problem

I have recently switched to vista ultimate and i have set it up using the same static ip address as i was using on xp, now when i run vista i get an error message saying "to many successive failures on port 59*** UDP - processing abandoned".

I have checked ipconfig/all to make sure that the right address is portforwarded and i have also checked in the router that the port is TCP and UDP forwarded. I have tried running it briefly woth all firewalls turned off and i still get the same error.

Any ideas
