I'm having troubles getting my new Nokia 5300 on the Cingular network. I love the phone and have fewer problems in large cities such as St. Louis, MO and Chicago, IL. However, I went home this past week for the 4th and had ZERO coverage. That was from Columbia, MO to Marshall, MO. That is roughly 80 miles straight down I-70; which is a hotbed for Cingular coverage. I talked with a level 3 technician here in Chicago and he told me that I needed to find a Cingular (AT&T) upgrade for my phone's operating system. Does anyone know where I can find this and what dangers should I keep a look out for?
