Importing Songs on Guitar Hero Explorer

I'm trying to import songs onto guitar hero for custom songs. When i try to import the songs i get an error that states:

"Object reference no set to an instance of an object."

If anyone could please help me that would be great.

my AIM in osirosskater15 if talking on aim would be easier.
