I/O command sequence error for saw 1

i am backing up saw 1, used rip it 4 me, then dvd decrypter, then it went to dvd decryptor again, then this is where it quits working,I/O error - scsi status: 0 x 02 interpretation: check condition CDB: 2a 00 00 00 00 20 00 00 20 00 interpretation: write(10) sectors; 32-63 sense area: 70 00 05 00 00 00 00 0a 00 00 00 00 2c 00 00 00 00 00 interpretation: command sequence error

i also tried image burn, and got the exact same error.

please help. i am on windows xp, on a pc that is plenty powerful, i added the needed aspi layer first.

is there now way to burn this movie?

Do you have the rest of the log you can post?

If not post back the make and model of the drive, media you are using like Sony +R 16x and speed your burning at.

the drive is sony dvd RW DW- D22A
the discs i tried are memorex dvd-r 8x 4.7 and ativa dvd+r 16x 4.7

Memorex and Ativa use different manufacturers for their discs - some good some not.
Better to use would be Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden or made in Japan Sony, Fuji or Maxell.

Try burning at 1/2 the rated speed of the discs.

No firmware updates for the drive but you might want to try crossflashing the drive to LiteOn firmware. The Sony is actually a LiteOn SOHW-1633S. Here's a link.
You would use the BSOY - patched - crossflashing one.
