I have 2 files. 1st is 194bytes the second is 797mb. I have poweriso so I extracted the 797mb file and showed 4 folders. EXT MPEGAV SEGMENT VCD.

EXT-has LOT_X, PSD_X files
MPEGAV-has AVSEQ01.DAT file
SEGMENT-no files
VCD-4 files ENTRIES, INFO, LOT, PSD.

Now what I am I supoosed to do with it? How do I view it?

Sounds like you have a cue and a bin (cd image). What do want to do with it?
The AVSEQ01.DAT is the video (MPEG-1) and can be played with Windows Media Player or converted to other formats or you can burn to V(CD).

Thanks for telling me. I searched for burn cue bin files and mounted it and burned it with Nero. Thanks and sorry for the waste of time!
Wierd though how it showed the other file larger than a CD (702mb) can handle...

Update:
Ok, burned it successfuly , but no good, I clicked the DVD icon to play it and it opened it up. What I have inside are the 4 folders with files. But won't play anything. Also the AVSEQ01.DAT is not recognized by any program and won't play. Did I not burn it properly?

Drag the .DAT file from the dvd to the desktop, then drag it onto 'GSpot'.

In this example the codecs used for video and audio are circled.

IF if you press button "1" at the lower left, followed by button "2", the file should play back.
