My Videos and Music folders can't play

I have the folders but they keep on freezing the PSP

Can you help

On your memory stick you need to create a folder called: MP_ROOT
Then inside that folder another folder called: 100MNV01

Place the movies in there; don?t put the movies in another folder after that or it won?t be found by the psp!

to play music just drop the mp3 songs in to the music folder on the psp

Yes I have done all the above but that ain't the point.

I installed the custom xmb but I can't play Games, music, or Vids. Please Help
