Azureus only half english?

Why is my Azureus only half english? I've downloaded it before with no problem. I reformatted my pc loaded all my software back up and downloaded Azureus but now it is only half english. Any thoughts?

I do not know why, but I have seen this alot with different languages. It has been that Azureus has reset the default language. Just changing it back has worked.

Tools/Options/Mode=Advanced
Tools/Options/Interface (expand)/Language-choose and "save"
