hi i have a 1.50 psp and i would like to get the 3.40 OE-A how do i do this? and is there a way in going back from 3.40 OE-A to 1.50

Use an easyinstaller, simplest and safest way IMO

You can get back to 1.50 via recovery menu, though, once at 3.40oe-a you wont want to go back ;)
