i was so used to DVI on my previous monitor but it died. This current monitor of mine doesnt have a DVI jack, but it does have an HDMI jack, and oddly enough it only supports 1920x1080(1080p) through HDMI. So i went out and bought a 15 dollar HDMI to DVI cord from Frys and it looked pretty bad on 1360x768, so i ramped up the resolution and there was immense amounts of screen flickering going. So I decide to try VGA...and it looks great. This doesnt make any sense. Why is VGA looking better than DVI to HDMI???

Btw i have a 6800 Gfx card.
