I want to get a free roam driving game where the police can chase both of you and you both can drive different cars to play with. I think it would be a lot of fun to play that kind of game with my friends, but I have no idea of games that can do that. Thanks for any information!

Need for Speed Most Wanted, I'm pretty sure it's two player, but I'm not sure if it's two player free roam, should be. Cops chase you in races too though.
Need for Speed Carbon has cops too, but not as good as Most Wanted.
There was also another game that had cops but I can't remember which.
