With AVi2DVD there are four possible encoding settings, Fast, Normal, Good, Best. Normally, I would try all four to test myself, but I'm leaving for a trip and want some of my backups on disc to watch on the way. Does anyone know the difference in quality and time taken to encode? I'd really appreciate it. At the moment, with a full avi-dvd project, from demux to create iso to burn, I'm running at about four to four and a half hours using BEST. Any suggestions?
