Ulead DVD Movie Factory 2.0-video problem

In Ulead DVD MF, I can burn the DVD fine-it encodes and interleaves audio and video properly. But when I play back the DVD, everything is fine until the last 5-10 minutes. Then the video and audio start skipping, sometimes with one lagging behind the other. I have had this problem with all three of the DVD's I have burned so far...are there any known causes and/or fixes for this problem? Please let me know, and thanks in advance!
