Hey- Looking for a little help for a first time poster. So I'm running Nero 6 that came with my external DVD drive. I Backed up several DVDs but I didn't like the 2-channel sound so I purchased the multi-channel plug-in last night. I entered the license/serial number for the plug-in into Nero but my first two back-ups (one using Nero and one using a 3rd party program that utilizes Nero-DVDShrink) still only had 2 channel sound. Is there something I'm missing or failing to do. I kept 5.1 channel checked off in shrink but still nothing. Any suggestions for what i might have to do in Nero and shrink to maintain the multi-channel sound would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
