Hi,

Where does Nero Vision store the "My Menu Templates" information

I tried the obvious inside Vista x64 but it doesn't seem to be there:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Nero\Nero 7\Nero Vision\MenuTemplates

Then I tried:
C:\Users\UserName\Documents\NeroVision
Not there either

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for your time

The menu templates are stored here:
C:\Program Files\Nero\Nero 7\Nero Vision\MenuTemplates\Pictures

unless you're looking for the animations which'll be here :
C:\Program Files\Nero\Nero 7\Nero Vision\3DAnimations\Menus

Hi Guyy,

I'm not quite sure how to formulate the question so as they say "A picture is worth a thousand words"

I'm looking for the location of the folder that keeps all the personalized pictures.
http://img364.imageshack.us/my.php?image=nerotemplate3kd2.jpg

I need to transfer the personalized setup to a different computer and I need it to be EXACTLY the same.

Obviously, I could rebuild the setup from scratch but it gets to be time consuming when you have multiple Personalized Templates.

Thanks!

Hi gnusmas2,

I'm not sure what you mean by 'personalized pictures' but the trick to finding your folder is to note the name of one of the pictures, ie "example.jpg" and search for it via the search companion.

The problem is that when the time comes to save a personalized template it doesn't give you a folder location nor does it convert it to an image.
You don't get any information or get to choose the file type it just saves it period.

I'm beginning to think that Nero Vision stores the "My Menu Templates" personalized templates as many different files and simply joins them from Images, Buttons, Fonts, etc. when you choose a template.

Problem solved!

I simply copied over the "NeroVision" folder from one OS to the other

Vista:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Ahead\NeroVision
XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Ahead\NeroVision

Thanks for your time Guyy
