Ok, while looking through my SCII CD and I was searching for the voice sets for characters IE Necrid attack sound files, but I hit a snag.

What file contains these voice files, I know it is not the BGM file cause that only has BGM's and sound effects.

Does anyone know the file that contains theses voice files, I managed to narrow it down to the ROOT.olk and the PAD.dat, but I don't know which one has the files, help please.
