Has anyone playing MLB 07 The Show for PS2 come across the CPU not making any moves like trading or signing free agents during the season in Fran Mode. I've played up until 2010 and not once during any season has the CPU made a trade with another team or even offered me a trade. They'll put guys on the block but they won't trade.

Yeah, I noticed that. When you start a franchise though and you set your settings for how you want to handle the season; there is an option for "Force Trades". Try setting that to yes
