Got WoW english version for a year now, perfectly working till last month, The only new thing I added thru that month was a new printer.
Since then WoW has been giving "corrupt files" msgs during gameplay, exactly after 1 minute of gamestart, so i tried uninstalling and reinstalling this game..this time the msg came up during install!
Last trick was to try on a different Hard Disk (a friend of mine's), u won't believe this, but the msg came up during game update, (update downloaded but didnt install).

Be Careful:
-Reinstalling windows didn't solve this.
-Trying another Motherboard and Processor but with the same PC components didn't solve this.
-The msg appears at random points during install or update, nowhere specific.
-May be the game CDs are corrupt? so I tried it on my laptop, guess what? everything is normal, installed, updated & played.

Think u can solve this?

Check any MODs or the game files themselves. It may have been your download of updates that screwed up. WoW experiences problems from time to time, depending on the user, that creep up and screw up the game. It is a regular thing with MMORPGs from what I hear.

Try getting your updates from a second party (your guild if they do that) and see if this helps in future problems. The trick is to redo what you did on your laptop.

It may be the mods though, if no mods are involved, then I am going to suggest you ask Blizzard too, they are quicker at times in response and may have heard of similar problems. You want to get those error codes (for the corrupt files) to give to them.

Good luck, I know I have had extreme troubles thanks to WoW.

I would make a great pope!

Blizzard has a utility to check for corrupt installations:
