ISO that won't shrink???

I have an ISO file DVD that I want to shrink to fit, but none of my programs recognize the file. Shrink nothing. Decryptor nothing. Some help would be great.

Is this an iso that you ripped from a dvd?

In Shrink have you tried going to file>open disc image? It should see it now.
