Well, I've been playing strikers for quite awhile, and Im still not bored. Having said that Im really want to start playing online.

Since the beginning I have had issues trying to play online, mainly, each time I play a match about 5 seconds into the game it starts lagging and the stops stating "Connection Lost."

At first I assumed that it was just some bugs at Nintendo that needed to be worked out, as other NTSC users here were noting some connectivity issues. But by now Im realizing there is some greater issue, and I want in on the fun dang it!

I have a 2.2U w/WK and Im using a wireless connection with dynamic IP. I have never dropped the connection while surfing Opera, WiiStore, etc. Is there some setting that Im missing? Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks in Advance!

Just wondering if anyone can help me troubleshoot this.

...might be an interesting issue since its not;
1.) What modchip should I get?
2.) My wii is bricked, what do I do?
3.) My wiikey isnt working, blah blah blah.

Do you have Dial Up/Cable/DSL?

What is your Internet Connection speed?

Make sure your not running any other applications that use the Internet connection. Torrents/Newsgroups/Internet Browser etc. etc.

The USA version comes out on the 29th so maybe the connectivity will be better by using a US based server.

I have a cable connection, with a 54Mbps 802.11g router.

And even if no other computer in the house is connected the issue occurs. Would a static IP make any difference?

No it shouldn't. Having a static IP is simply telling your router to always assign that device a given local IP address.

You might have better luck next week when the North American Mario Strikers is released. The servers will be closer to home rather then over seas.
