How do convert an ISO file onto a DVD-5 using NERO? Is it the same process I would use for an AVI file? I want it to be the best quality possible. Any ideas? Thanks.

Since an .ISO is a disk image and assuming that it's a DVD-5 image, you can use Nero Burning ROM.
In Nero Burning ROM, start a new sesion and choose 'Recorder' and opt to burn the image.

I assume you know that if the image is NTSC or PAL the burned disk will be the same.
