Hello Again Everyone,

I just bought Element Electronics FLX-2210 22" LCD Tv
from Circuit City. I have been told by people that it will
only display 420p. But IN their manual on page 6 it says
with Component Inputs it can display 720p and 1080i.

Under specification page 44 it does not mention scans.

It has a HDMI interface which it does not even discuss in the
manual. So my Dumb question is can it be upconverted or is this
tv a piece of Crap and the company may be committing fraud.

It won't display 420 first off, it would be 480i as standard definition goes. If you use componant or hdmi you should be able to see a high def resolution of 720p or 1080i as per the specs on element electronics website.

I don't see how it can display 1080i with 1680 x 1050 resolution:
