not 100% sure about your question, but the only way to make a backup that is exact in size and quality is to use Double Layer media to make the backup.
Well to get the same quality and filesize but i have found the program to do that called AutoGK but it requires like i large vob file and atm i am encoding the movie which i added my intro bit and its encoding into a large dvd size and after its finished adding my files into the dvd data how can i make the entire vobs one file so i can process it later through AutoGK?
You can use DVDDecypter to do that. Just go into settings, then click the IFO tab, then change file splitting to None. Then change the mode of DVDDecrypter to IFO. Then selcet the movie from the box on the right and click the button to rip.
Just run it through AutoGK. Go to Advanced Settings and if the movie is widescreen then set the Fixed Width to be 624, and if it is full screen, like a TV show or something, set it to 512. As far as the size goes, it depends on the length of the movie. If it is less than 110 min then i would set it to 700MB, but if it is a 2 hour movie or longer i would go with 1400MB. You dont really have to adjust anything else AutoGK will already give you good quality.
Or if you find that hard to follow then there are some sites that let you download subtitles. Go to google and type "setting the stage for subtitles" That's the one i use.
i would like to apologize for my first post in this thread. I am not a huge downloader and did not know what axxo was. I just found out what AXXO was and at first reading this thread I thought it was some form of dvd I had not come across yet. lol... reading my response, I have to laugh at myself and question whether I should still have newbie status.. hehe..
