Has anyone gotten this to work on the m33 firmware? I heard you need devhook to launch this game, but I can't seem to find the newest version of it. Anyway i've tried many different isos from many different places and they all either don't load and crash, load for a little bit and then crash, or they'll load to a black screen. All settings are matched from what i've read in other forums, so any more help would be appreciated. I remember i needed to mess with the files in my Field Commander iso, so if anyone knows if this is the case please let me know. Thank you.

If m33 cfw does not work with this, I would revert back to 3.40OE-A as that works.

Maybe its your iso/cso file being corrupted. I have no problems running Mortal Combat or Field Commander under 3.40OE-A.

actually wait, i was wrong, the iso works, but the intro video lags soooo much and any time i try to skip it, it freezes. is there any solution to this? Thanks for the help! :)
I set my cpu to 333 mhz on UMD and iso from the Recovery menu and still does the same thing.

do you think it might have anything to do with the fact that is a PAL game? I'm pretty sure it is PAL and not NTSC, but could that be the case? Thanks in advance for any help.

I am not sure about the PAL or NTSC format. I am in the US so I guess all my games are NTSC coded.
I usually either hit the "X" button or "start" button to move past the movies and the game would load up with no problems.
My psp is at default speed and I never have any probs except "Rachet and Clank" which has known issues.

I played that game once and hated it, but it ran fine on FW 3.40OEA for me.
I ran it with NoUMD disabled if that helps any

Hey i got it to work. The weird thing is, it works hella good when i compress it to cso format. i have a 4gb memory stick so size doesn't matter, but i figured i'd give it a try and it runs a whole lot smoother. thanks for all the help tho everyone, i appreciate it.

the trick is to get the game where-ever it maybe from
then update to 3.40oe, although safer to go to 3.71 M33-2
apparently these geniuses like 'dark-alex' have worked so hard stuff like 'pandoras battery' and 'magic memorycard' are created,which can make normal psp or slim psp to 3.71 M33-2 without downgrading.
It can IMMEDATELY go to that firmware .....so powerful it can do it after unbricking a psp (can explain why theres no more broken/bricked psps sold on ebay no more)
once you have the right firmware you MUST set in "recovery mode" to use UMD....i think its inevitable or game won't load properly......just stick a game or demo gameUMD........bam you can play MK unchained no probs
i was able to play on old psp, then immediatley play on my slim psp i just got new, after a 1 min upgrade to 3.71 M33-2...no mess so super quick.
