M3DS Simply & EZ Flash 3-in-1 Expansion Pack Help

I have had the M3DS Simply for a while now and have just purchased the 3-in-1 Expansion Pack. After looking through various forums i have come to the conclusion, that thanks to the new firmware for both the m3 and the EZ Flash 3 in 1 expansion i can now use them together to play gameboy advance games, without any patching what so ever.
Is that correct?
If i am wrong can someone please post links to the programs i need to play gameboy advance roms on my nintendo ds lite, using the M3DS Simply and the EZ Flash 3-in-1 Expansion Pack.
