I just Downloaded Megaman X4 off Torrent.
When I extracted it with WinRAR, I get 8 WinRAR Megaman X4 Folders each labeled with parts(ex. Part1,...etc.)
When I opened one of the folders I get 1 .BIN and 1 .CUE files.
Can anyone help me convert these files into my PSP.
So I can play them.

When I download PS1 games, I usually end up with multiple parts compressed in RAR format. I then extract the first part and it automatically extracts the rest of the parts, leaving me with a combined and complete file.

So try extracting the first part and see if the rest will automatically follow. If so, the combined file should be around 300-400 MB in size.

You say you have popstaion... is this Autopopstation, simple popstation Gui, or even perhaps the Popsloader plugin for the PSP.

If it's one of the first two, just use it to convert the .bin into an EBOOT.PBP file.
