Rip DVD to google video format?

I'm looking for an extremely easy way to rip from non copyrighted DVDs to the following:
- MPEG4 (mp3 or mp4 audio) at 2 mbps
- MPEG2 (mp3 or mp4 audio) at 5 mbps
- 30 frames per second
- 640x480 resolution
- 4:3 frame
- de-interlace

I am open to commercial Windows software as well as open source/freeware as long as it's extremely easy - preferably as close to "one-click" as humanly possible. I have been unable to find anything that will do what I need. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

well i use winavi 7.7 does all of what u r looking for, costs money tho (not if u know where to look)
