Duplicator firmware problem?????

Hello there,
I have two, 3 bay duplicators that have been playing up of late!, sometimes they copy 3 sometimes 2 etc...
I've been told to update the firmware but have no clue in how to do so as i've never done it before?
Could someone help me in doing so?,
I've had a look on acards website and can't find anything that corresponds with what my duplicators info says?

I've gone into each copiers system info and come up with the following:

dupe 1 in 11-16 setup system info menu says:

DVD Duplicator 1-3 ver: 1.87J
SST: 39SF040
2003/10/08 ACARD

Dupe 2 in 11-16 setup system info menu says:

Fujitsu: 29LV160B
2005/12/21
ACARD

If someone could help me out or point me in the right direction i would really appreciate it as there driving me mad at the moment!
