what is the best program to transfer movies to psp.
my problem is that i have been using intervideo videotogo platinum
and its all grainy and glitchy as far as the picture
are all of them like that or is it just this media converter

It's just your converter.

Try PSP video 9 or 3GP converter. I'd give you links if I had more time but I need to be going.
